Why add a headrest to an Aeron

The Aeron's back looks after your spine up to the shoulder blades; our headrest takes over from there, adjusting to cradle your neck and upper spine when you recline. Its finish is matched to the Classic so it looks like part of the chair. The small flip-out hook on the back is a detail owners end up using every day.
