Ours are taken apart and rebuilt: new fabric on the seat and back, extra high-density foam, a new BIFMA-certified gas cylinder, new casters and new arm pads, then every mechanism is tested. Why the Leap V2 is worth owning

Steelcase built the Leap V2 around LiveBack, a backrest that changes shape as your spine moves, so it keeps supporting you whether you lean in to type or recline to think. The front edge of the seat flexes under your thighs to keep pressure off your legs, the seat glides forward as you recline so you stay close to your work, and the arms move in four directions. With this much adjustment it fits more body types than most ergonomic chairs, tall, petite or anywhere in between.
